On Saturday, Basketball Australia announced the 2024 Olympics roster for the women’s national team, also known as the Opals. In the 12 member roster, Washington Mystics guard Jade Melbourne was named to the team.
Melbourne is the third Mystics player to be on an Olympic team this year, joining Julie Vanloo (Belgium) and Aaliyah Edwards (Canada).
