The Washington Wizards can enter free agency about $30 million under the salary cap, and according to ESPN.com's Marc Stein, their top free-agent targets include Al Horford (Atlanta), Nicolas Batum (Charlotte) and Ryan Anderson (New Orleans).
The Wizards need to become a better shooting team, and Anderson has been linked as a free-agent target for a while. This past season, Anderson averaged 17.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game with the New Orleans Pelicans. Anderson has made 37.7 percent of his 3-point attempts over seven seasons in the NBA.
