Over the past few weeks, the Washington Wizards have gotten the chance to get a first-hand look at a number of prospects hoping to impress a team before next week’s NBA Draft.
In the first couple of workout sessions, Washington had the opportunity to evaluate plenty of second round prospects. Up until this week, Delon Wright and Jerian Grant were the only first round projected players that worked out for Washington. However, on Monday, Washington worked out Bobby Portis, who could end up going anywhere from the lottery to late in the first round.
They’ll get another look at first-round talent tomorrow as Justin Anderson and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson will work out at the Verizon Center in front of Washington’s coaching staff and front office.
