The Washington Wizards have hosted a number of pre-draft work outs this month, but they haven’t featured many first round projected prospects.
On Monday, though, they’ll have the chance to get a first-hand look at Arkansas forward, Bobby Portis, who many think could end up donning a Wizards uniform this upcoming NBA season.
Washington will look to add a stretch four this off-season after having success playing a modern brand of basketball during the NBA Playoffs. While Paul Pierce was a solid option, the future Hall-of-Famer might not be back, and quite frankly, he’s not a long-term solution to Washington’s need.
