On Wednesday, the Washington Mystics announced that they signed Shatori Walker-Kimbrough for the remainder of the 2021 WNBA season. She previously signed two seven-day contracts with the team.
Walker-Kimbrough is averaging 6.5 points per game for the Mystics in four appearances this season, including three starts. She is also shooting a career-high 55 percent from the field, though this is also a very small sample size. Before coming to the Mystics, Walker-Kimbrough made one appearance with the Connecticut Sun this season.
Mystics fans will however know her best for her three-year stint from 2017-19 when she was part of their WNBA championship team in 2019.
