Tayler Hill has re-signed with the Mystics. In 2016, she was the team’s leading per-game scorer when she averaged 15.4 points per game and was the runner up for Most Improved Player of the Year.
Hill’s improvement over the years hasn’t been easy. Her first season was in 2013 when she initially started but fell into a reserve role after just seven games. She would never start again until last year. Part of the reason why was because she had her first child in 2014, when she couldn’t play until late in the regular season. In 2015, she was a primary reserve player, but never started a game.
