Washington Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma and guard Tyus Jones are two players whom other NBA teams, namely contenders are eyeing as targets for the NBA trade deadline on Feb. 8, according to Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints.
It is no surprise why Kuzma and Jones are targets. In Kuzma’s case, he is averaging 23.1 points, 6.2 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game this season. Kuzma has been Washington’s best and most consistent player this season whom other contending and dark horse contending teams would like to poach.
The Wizards are not letting Kuzma go for fire sale prices as they did with Kristaps Porzingis in the 2023 NBA offseason.
