It looks like Jarell Eddie is going to have to wait a little longer to secure his spot on the Wizards’ roster for next season.
J. Michael of CSN Mid-Atlantic is reporting Eddie and the Wizards have agreed to push back the day where Eddie’s contract becomes fully guaranteed to a later date. As Michael explains, this shouldn’t be taken as a sign that Eddie is losing his spot on the roster for next season:
The Wizards, however, still have moves to make to retool their roster and asked Eddie's representation to mutually agree to move back the guarantee date.
