Ivory Latta to miss 4-6 weeks after undergoing knee surgery for meniscus tear

The Washington Mystics announced Ivory Latta will miss 4-6 weeks after undergoing arthroscopic surgery to repair a meniscus tear in her right knee. In the release announcing the surgery, the team was optimistic that Latta wouldn't have to miss much time:

"We expect that Ivory will be able to play sometime in the first month of the regular season,’ said Thibault. "It was a fairly simple procedure and she has already started her rehab. The most important thing is Ivory’s health. We know she will do all the work necessary to be ready to play again at a high level when she does return.
