On Monday, the Wizards announced that Chasson Randle was recalled back to the Wizards before their two-game road trip, starting with a match against the Mavericks on Tuesday. To make room for Randle, the Wizards assigned Jordan McRae to the Capital City Go-Go.
McRae can only spend up to 45 days on the Wizards’ roster but will spend the majority of his time playing for the Go-Go. McRae also made a strong impression in the Go-Go’s debut, scoring 37 points.
Considering that he is not on a two-way contract and that the reserve guard rotation of Tomas Satoransky and Austin Rivers isn’t playing particularly well, this announcement is not too surprising.
