Bradley Beal's future with the Washington Wizards is up in the air, and it appears there's strong interest in him this offseason, which should come as little surprise.
Beal, who has a $36.4 million player option for the 2022-23 season, told reporters Saturday that "a lot" of people from teams have tried to recruit him this summer. He added that his recovery from wrist surgery is going well and that he has been cleared for on-court activities.
In addition, Beal said in an interview with The Athletic's Josh Robbins that he has made a decision on his future, but that he can't yet share what it is because "it would be improper to discuss any potential future contract while he’s still fulfilling his current contract.
