Beal named to 2019 NBA All-Star Game

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The NBA announced today that Wizards guard Bradley Beal has been selected to participate in the 2019 NBA All-Star Game in Charlotte. This marks the second consecutive All-Star appearance for Beal, who is currently averaging career highs in points (24.7), rebounds (5.1), assists (5.1) and steals (1.4) through 51 games on the season.

“I’m honored to represent the D.C. Family at All-Star Weekend and I’m blessed to share this honor with my teammates, coaches and the entire organization and our fans,” said Beal. “The support they have all given me throughout the year has been inspiring and makes me determined to do everything possible to continue our playoff push after enjoying the festivities in Charlotte.
