2019-20 NBA season suspended until further notice

The 2019-20 NBA season has officially been suspended. The confirmed decision came about after Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert tested positive for Coronavirus. However reports also state he was not in the arena at the time, but was in OKC.

The test was reported shortly before the Jazz and Oklahoma City Thunder were scheduled to play tonight. Upon postponing the game, the NBA simply just moved forward in putting the season on a hiatus until the next steps are determined for the global pandemic.

Initially, NBA owners came to a consensus on Wednesday that either the NBA season would continue, but without fans in attendance or go on an indefinite hiatus until further review.
