The Washington Wizards acquired backup point guard Ramon Sessions at the trade deadline, but he may not be available for the Wizards tonight against the Cleveland Cavaliers, according to the Washington Post:
The Wizards could be without newly acquired backup point guard Ramon Sessions. The former King hopped on a flight in Sacramento on Friday morning and will land at BWI airport this afternoon after a layover in Salt Lake City. He will then have his physical in the District. So he didn’t participate in shoot-around this morning and his status for tonight is unknown. He’ll likely suit up, but whether Coach Randy Wittman plays him is another matter.
Sessions averaged 5.4 points and 2.7 assists in 17.8 minutes per game with the Sacramento Kings this year.
