The Cougars shot 54 percent from the field and the WSU bench outscored the Toreros’ 32-4.
The Cougars went on an 11-3 run to regain the lead, 73-66, with two minutes left. The Toreros cut the WSU lead to three with 45 seconds to play before senior Mariah Cooks put the game away with a layup and free throw.
