WSU faced Gonzaga at the Head of the Spokane.

SPOKANE, Wash.- The Washington State University women's rowing team made the short journey up north to Spokane to face Gonzaga, Saturday morning at the Head of the Spokane at the Spokane River. The Cougars sent two varsity eight teams, two varsity four teams, two novice eight teams, and three pairs.
In the first flight of the day, the Cougars rowed both their varsity eight teams as well as their first varsity four and first novice eight.
The WSU varsity eight (coxswain - , , , , , , , , ) came in just five seconds behind Gonzaga's varsity eight with a time of 15:45.
