The series starts with a visit to Kansas City this December; the Wildcats will make a return trip to the Spokane Arena next year.
Ernie Kent's strategy of scheduling mostly body bag teams in the non-conference schedule took a bit of a detour today. The school announced they've scheduled a "home-and-home" series with the Kansas State Wildcats. The two-year series starts this year on Dec. 10th in Kansas City and KSU makes the return trip on Dec. 20, 2017 when the teams face off at Spokane Arena. We'll call it a "home-and-home" because that's kind of what it is even though neither game will actually occur in either team's home arena.
