Isaiah Love, a talented defensive back prospect out of West Covina, Calif., will delay his enrollment and arrive at Washington State next January, a source tells CougCenter.
The three-star cornerback suffered a neck injury last offseason and missed his senior year, so a grayshirt year will allow him to fully heal before arriving on campus. Love's injury occurred during a car accident while on a recruiting trip last summer.
Despite the injury, Love was still heavily recruited by the likes of Colorado, Fresno State, UNLV, San Jose State and San Diego State, though he committed to WSU in late August, about a month after primary recruiter Ken Wilson offered the 5-foot-11, 160 pound defensive back.
