PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State women's basketball team opened its final home stand of the 2021-22 regular season with an 83-30 loss to No. 24/25 Oregon in Pac-12 Conference action on Wednesday, Feb. 9.
Wednesday's contest against the Ducks served as the first contest in a five-game home stand to close out 2021-22 slate of games in Beasley Coliseum. With the loss, Washington State falls to 14-8 overall and 6-5 in Pac-12 play.
Junior Bella Murekatete paced the way for WSU, as the 6-3 post player nearly had a double-double with a nine-point, nine-rebound effort against the Ducks.
