WSU Falls at San Francisco, Splits Season with Dons

SAN FRANCISCO (Hayden Wysup) – Washington State men's basketball lost to the University of San Francisco, 51-75, Saturday night at War Memorial Gym at the Sobrato Center, splitting the regular-season series with the Dons.

Big Picture: The Cougars fall to 15-9 and 5-6 in conference play and have lost four-consecutive games.

Player Performances: Dane Erikstrup and Ethan Price each had 12 points, leading the team in scoring for the fourth time each. LeJuan Watts added nine points and a team-high six rebounds.

Turning Point: With the Cougars starting strong and leading by as many as eight points midway through the first half, the Dons ended the first half on a 19-2 run and took a 12-point lead into halftime.
