Gabe Marks has been selected as one of the 10 semifinalists for the Biletnikoff Award, the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation announced Tuesday morning.
The Biletnikoff Award goes to the nation’s best collegiate receiver annually. Marks, Dom Williams and River Cracraft were all on the watch list for the award, but of the three, only Marks made it to the semifinal round.
Marks, a junior from Venice (Calif.) High, broke Michael Bumpus’ Washington State school record for career receptions last week in the Cougars’ 31-27 win over No. 18 UCLA. Marks now has 204 reception and is tied for fourth in school history with 22 touchdown receptions.
