WSU commit Logan Tuley-Tillman sentenced to two years probation

Logan Tuley-Tillman, the former Michigan offensive tackle who committed to Washington State this winter, attended his sentencing hearing Monday at the Washtenaw (Mich.) County Trial Court.

According to a report from the M-Live Media Group, Tuley-Tillman, 21, was sentenced to two years probation for filming a woman during consensual sex without her consent. He was sentenced under the Holmes Youthful Trainee Act, which, under Michigan law, allows young offenders to keep a criminal act off their record if they serve their sentence successfully.

Tuley-Tillman declined comment to reporters on Monday, but his attorney, David Nacht, told M-Live’s Darcie Moran that the Holmes Youthful Trainee Act allows young people who make mistakes to continue to be productive members of society.
