PULLMAN, Wash. – Former Washington State women’s basketball guard Jazmine Perkins has signed a professional contract to play in Bulgaria this fall.
Perkins will play for Haskovo 2012 out of Haskovo, Bulgaria, competing in the National Basketball League (NBL). The team, which was runner up in the NBL the past two seasons, begins play this fall in late October and the season runs through April. Perkins signed with the Bulgarian side after playing in Israel (Ramat Sharon), Sweden (Eskilstuna Basket), and Poland (MksMos Konin).
In her time at WSU, Perkins became the all-time leader in games played with 122.
