BOULDER, Colo. – The Washington State women’s golf team continued play at the 2015 Pac-12 Women’s Golf Championships, Tuesday, sliding two spots to 11th place. The Cougars carded a second-round 305 (+21) in a field that features nine teams in the national top-40 rankings. WSU sits eight strokes back from No. 36 California (+28, 594) in 10th place. No. 28 Oregon and No. 3 UCLA (+5, 573) are tied for the tournament lead with 18 holes left to play.
WSU sophomore Cherokee Kim carded the lowest score of the day for the Cougars. Kim fired a 75 (+4) at the par-71 Boulder Country Club, bringing her two-round total to 152 (+10).
