FRESNO, Calif. – The Washington State women's golf team sits in third place after two rounds of play at the 2022 Fresno State Classic. The Cougars have carded 12-over; 588 through 36 holes of play at the Belmont Country Club. The Cougars have a total of four golfers sitting inside the top-20 on the player leaderboard heading into the finale round.
WSU opened the day by shooting 4-over par; 292 in the first round. The Cougars sat in second place heading into the tournament's second round, where they cared 8-over par; 296. The Cougars head into the final round of the Fresno State Classic in third, five strokes behind Hawai'i for first place.
