The women's golf team carded its third-lowest round score in school history.
PEORIA, Ariz.— After carding its third-lowest round score in school history, the Washington State women's golf team tied for ninth place with Notre Dame, Monday, at the Westbrook Spring Invitational.
WSU moved four spots up the leaderboard with a third-round total of 283, its lowest single-round score of the tournament. The Cougars also tied two other teams for the lowest team-round score of the day, leading them to finish with a total score of 884 (+20).
Tournament-champion Kansas State was the only team to finish under par and ended play with a score of 861 (-3).
