PULLMAN, Wash. (July 9, 2024) – Washington State Women's Basketball Head Coach Kamie Ethridge announced the signing of Jean Chiu to a National Letter of Intent to join the Cougars next season.
Ethridge adds a sixth and final member to the program's 2024-25 signing class, with a 5-7 guard from Taiwan.
"The signing of Jean is an exciting ending to our 2024 class. She is a true pass-first point guard that plays as fast as anyone I have ever coached. Jean has unbelievable intensity and a motor that does not stop. She plays at one speed, 100 miles per hour, downhill.
