Cougar Volleyball received some big news Monday afternoon when Sophomore libero Karly Basham announced she would be transferring from Texas A&M to Washington State. She joins a Cougar volleyball team that finished 11-5 during the shortened season and dropped their first round game to #18 Western Kentucky in the NCAA Tournament last April.
The 5’8” Aggie transfer averaged 3.45 digs per set which would put her ninth in the Pac-12 and would have led the Cougars last season. Her 29 assists would have also been third on the 2020 team behind Hannah Pukis and Aria McComber.
