Chris Jackson, a former three-star recruit from Georgia, announced this week that he’d be transferring from Michigan State to Washington State. Jackson entered the transfer portal on Christmas Eve after appearing in four games this past season for the Spartans.
Jackson started the first two games of the season as a redshirt sophomore before missing the next two, and not because of an injury, it seems.
Jackson played under first-year Michigan State head coach Mel Tucker this past season, and he’s one of 15 (!) Spartans who entered the transfer portal since Nov.
