LEXINGTON, Ky. (July 17, 2024) – The Washington State Volleyball team has earned the 2024 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award while also being named to the 2024 AVCA Honor Roll on Wednesday.
The Cougs finished the year with a cumulative team GPA of 3.80 to not only earn the Team Academic Award, but also be named to the Honor Roll, an honor that represents only the top 20-percent of team GPAs in the nation.
The award, initiated in the 1992–93 academic year, honors volleyball teams that maintain a year-long grade-point average of 3.
