Connor Halliday is a Coug. Vernon Adams is an Eagle... And a Duck. They used to be two of the best quarterbacks in the state of Washington and now, as of last week, they're both on the same roster in the CFL with the Montreal Alouettes.
As it turns out, Connor signed just in time to watch one of Vernon's former teams take on his former team, when Oregon took on Washington State on Saturday. As you probably know by now, the Cougs came out on top in that meeting... And so did Connor in a friendly little wager.
