Following their 28-15 victory in the Apple Cup, the Washington Huskies climbed six spots to No. 10 in The Associated Press Top 25 poll Sunday morning.
Washington State, meanwhile, fell five spots to No. 12 after the Apple Cup defeat.
The Huskies (9-3, 7-2 Pac-12) return to the top 10 for the first time since late September. They will play No. 17 Utah (9-3, 6-3) in the Pac-12 championship game Friday in Santa Clara, Calif. (5 p.m., FOX).
The winner advances to the Rose Bowl.
The Utes rose one spot after closing the regular season with a 35-28 comeback victory over rival Brigham Young on Saturday night.
