LEXINGTON, Ky. — Washington State fifth year seniors Magda Jehlarova and Pia Timmer were each named AVCA Pacific North All-Region as announced by the American Volleyball Coaches' Association (AVCA) Monday, and senior setter Argentina Ung earned her first career all-region honors after being named honorable mention as voted on by the Pacific North region's head coaches.
Jehlarova, the first Cougar to achieve four first-team all-region honors, becomes a five-time all-region selection having become the NCAA's career leader in blocks (766), and Washington State's career leader in hitting percentage (.385) and matches played (146) this season.
