Seafair Torchlight: Saturday starts with Fanfest at Seattle Center, which includes performers who will be in the parade, food trucks, a beer garden and appearances by the Seafair clowns, pirates and princesses. That’s noon-6 p.m. Saturday, July 25, and it’s free.
