With signing day looming on Wednesday, the Washington State Cougars picked up a great piece of news when they added three-star defensive back Tyrese Ross to the 2018 class on Friday.
Ross — who is from Jacksonville, Florida, but played the last two years at Westlake High School in Atlanta — had been committed to the Mississippi St. Bulldogs up until head coach Dan Mullen moved to the Florida Gators. He held known offers from the Michigan State Spartans, Nebraska Cornhuskers, West Virginia Mountaineers, Virginia Tech Hokies, Pitt Panthers, and others.
