Cougars advance three hurdlers to Saturday quarterfinals.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Washington State University Track and Field program continued competition at Hornet Stadium during day two of the NCAA West Prelims.
Three Cougars ran their way into the quarterfinal round of the 110-meter hurdles, after Nick Johnson, Sam Brixey, and Christapherson Grant each advanced into tomorrow's race. Johnson finished second in his heat at 13.83 to earn himself an automatic qualification. Brixey was an automatic qualifier as well, winning his heat at 13.86, a time that moved Sam into a tie for 10th all-time in WSU history in the event.
