PULLMAN, Wash. – Ashley Brown, an Under Armour All-America Honorable Mention prep player, joined the Washington State University volleyball team at the start of the Spring semester, Cougar Head Coach Jen Greeny announced Monday.
Brown, a 5-9 setter from Prosper, Texas, transferred after one season at the University of Oklahoma. The Sooners had a 14-15 overall record and were 5-11 in Big 12 action for seventh-place in 2016.
While at Prosper High School, Brown was a three-year starting setter and two-time Texas Girls Coaching Association (TGCA) 5A All-State selection.
