KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Washington State received the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Team Academic Award for the 2014-15 academic year.
The Cougars posted a 3.14 GPA and received the team honor for the 10th time in the last 12 seasons. To be eligible, a program must have a team GPA of 3.0 or better during the academic year.
The award came on the heels of the Cougars placing eight student-athletes on the Pac-12 All-Academic teams last month. Redshirt-junior defender Susie White led Washington State with a 3.85 GPA as an elementary education major.
