PULLMAN – Yet scholarship has opened up for Kyle Smith and the Washington State men’s basketball program.
Chance Moore, a transfer forward who would’ve been eligible to play for the Cougars midway through the 2019-20 basketball season, is no longer with the program, a school spokesperson confirmed to The Spokesman-Review Tuesday.
CougCenter was the first to report Moore’s departure, which comes as somewhat of a surprise considering the former Wichita State wing/forward had indicated he was prepared to make a transition with the program under new coach Kyle Smith, who was hired to replace Ernie Kent in March.
