PULLMAN, Wash. (December 17, 2024) – Washington State Volleyball had Katy Ryan, Sage Brustad and Emma Barbero all earn Academic All-Region honors from the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Tuesday morning.
This is the third time Ryan has received the honor, also being recognized in 2022 and 2023, and it's the second time for Brustad who previously earned the honor in 2023, This is the first CSC Academic recognition for Emma Barbero.
Ryan led the Cougars as the top offensive weapon on the team, culminating in All-WCC First Team and AVCA All-Region First Team selections, as well as a WCC All-Academic nod, while averaging 3.
