Pullman Police recommend charges against two WSU football players in party assault case

The Pullman Police Department announced Friday that it had concluded its investigation into the assault that occurred after a fight broke out at an off campus party on July 23.

Police will recommend charges of second degree assault for redshirt freshman Toso “T.J.” Fehoko, 19, senior Robert Barber, 22, both scholarship players on the Washington State football team.

According to Pullman Police Chief Gary Jenkins, the investigation revealed that Fehoko was the person who punched WSU student Alex Rodriguez in the head and knocked him to the ground where he was then struck by “unknown students.” Rodriguez suffered a broken jaw in the incident.
