Rejoice! Football has returned to the Palouse, as second-year head coach Nick Rolovich kicked off his first official spring practices at Rogers Field. Fifteen total practices will be held throughout the month of April, with the annual Crimson and Gray game taking place on April 24 at Martin Stadium (which will be aired on the Pac-12 Networks).
QB Jayden de Laura’s suspension has led to an interesting opportunity for the rest of the Crimson signal callers, including freshman Xavier Ward, veteran Cammon Cooper, and graduate transfer Jarrett Guarantano. The quarterbacks have been sharing reps through the first three days, primarily between Cooper and Guarantano.
