If you thought senior linebacker Peyton Pelluer was all over the field Saturday night against the Boise State Broncos, you were right. If you thought he’d done enough to earn Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week honors, heck, you were right about that too!
That interception was just the second of Pelluer’s college career and the first he housed for a touchdown. Besides the critical defensive touchdown, Pelluer also racked up 14 tackles, four of them solo. That number is two off his career high of 16, which he recorded in the loss to the Colorado Buffaloes last season.
