Odiorne Leads the Cougars Through Round One at the Stanford Intercollegiate

STANFORD, CALIF. – The Washington State women's golf team sits in 16th place after round one of play at the Stanford Intercollegiate hosted by Condoleezza Rice. The Cougars sit ahead of Oklahoma State after carding a 304(+20) through the first day on the green. Iowa State is just ahead of WSU, having scored a 17-over, 301, on the course.

Senior Madison Odiorne led the way for the Cougars on the first day, having posted a one-over, 71, on the 6,171-yard course. The Bend, Ore. native garnered three birdies on the day and averaged a three-under on a par-five.
