MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) — A 29-year-old northern Idaho man authorities say shot and killed three people and wounded another has pleaded not guilty to three counts of first-degree murder and one count of aggravated battery.
John Lee of Moscow made the plea Tuesday in 2nd District Court in Latah County.
Police say that Lee on Jan. 10 shot and killed his adoptive mother, his landlord and a fast-food restaurant manager in the northern Idaho community of Moscow.
Killed were 61-year-old Terri Grzebielski, 76-year-old David Trail, and 47-year-old Belinda Niebuhr, an Arby’s manager. A Seattle man, Michael Chin, was wounded.
