EUGENE, Ore. — No. 7 Washington State (14-1, 4-0 Pac-12) had 13 blocks and nine aces as a team in a back-and-forth, 3-1 (25-14, 20-25, 29-17, 25-23), win on the road to snap a seven-match winning streak for sixth-ranked Oregon (13-2, 3-1 Pac-12) Sunday at Matthew Knight Arena.
Iman Isanovic finished with a team-high 14 kills with nine digs, and Magda Jehlarova finished with a team-leading seven blocks to go along with 13 kills. Julia Norville and Karly Basham combined for seven set assists, 33 digs, and four aces on the afternoon while Pia Timmer finished with 14 kills and eight digs, helping the Cougs close out the match from the service line with her first ace of the match to finish off the win.
