NCAA WEST REGION CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS NOV. 10
The Washington State men's and women's cross country teams will compete at the NCAA West Region Cross Country Championships in Seattle, Wash., Fri., Nov. 10, at the Jefferson Golf Course...women's 6,000m race will begin at 10:30 a.m...men's 10,000m race will begin at 11:30 a.m...Jefferson Park Golf Course consists of multiple 2,000m loops on flat fairways crossing some cart paths...the course was the site of the 2010 Pac-10 Championships and the NCAA West Regional Championships in 2012 and 2015...schools may enter seven runners per gender but only the top five count in team scoring (by place).
