SALT LAKE CITY- The Washington State men's and women's cross-country teams turned in multiple top-20 performances at the Pac-12 Championships in Salt Lake City on Friday, October 29, as the Cougar men finished fifth as a team, while the WSU women placed seventh overall.

Leading the way for Washington State men's team on the 8,000m course was junior Amir Ado. The Spokane, Washington native recorded a time of 24:30.6, earning him 18th overall. It is Ado's second top-20 finish of the season, as the junior also placed 12th at the Bill Dellinger back in September.
