NORMAN, Okla. – Michael Anderson, a recent graduate on the Washington State men’s golf team, has been named a Cleveland Golf/Srixon Scholar All-American for the second-consecutive year, the organization announced Wednesday.
A native of Phoenix, Ariz., Anderson capped his WSU career with 11 career top-10 finishes, tied for sixth-most in school history. He recorded a 73.88 stroke average, having competed in 134 rounds in his collegiate career. Anderson graduated with a degree in accounting in May with a 3.52 GPA. He was named to the 2015 Pac-12 All-Academic First Team for the second time in his career, and garnered academic honors from the conference for three-consecutive years.
