BANDON, Ore. – Graduate senior Eric Hagen paved the way for the Washington State men's golf team at the Bandon Dunes Championship, as the Olympia, Washington native finished the three-day tournament in a tie for 28th on the player leaderboard, carding 219 (+6).
Hagen's performance helped the Cougars collect a 12th-place finish at the Bandon Dunes Championship on Tuesday, March 9. Washington State carded 892 (+40) during three days of play at the Bandon Trails Golf Club. WSU ended the tournament by posting a team score of 295 (+11) in Tuesday's third round.
Fifth-year senior Nicklaus Chiam paced the Cougars in the third round, as the Singapore native carded one-over par; 72 in his last 18 holes of play at Bandon Dunes.
